I'm Maharukh Dalal
I have over 20 years of executive experience at Fortune 100s, Fortune 500s, and high-growth scale-ups.
I’ve worked across banking, hospitality, and private equity — and lived and worked in India, the US, Singapore, and now the UK.
Along the way, I’ve been promoted more than a dozen times — and I’ve also been passed over. I know firsthand what it takes to succeed as an ambitious woman in corporate, and what can keep us stuck.
Today, I coach ambitious women to gain the income, impact, and recognition they deserve. I’ve coached over 100 leaders at some of the world’s leading organizations, helping them advance with clarity, confidence, and influence.
