With over 20 years of executive experience at Fortune 100s, Fortune 500s, and high-growth scale-ups, she has worked across banking, hospitality, and private equity. She also brings deep cross-cultural perspective from living and working in India, the US, Singapore, and now the UK.

Before transitioning into leadership development, she built a distinguished corporate career, holding senior leadership roles at Starwood Hotels (now Marriott), including Global F&B Strategy, Chief of Staff to the COO and President, and Head of Sales Training for Asia Pacific. She later became Vice President and Head of Global Food & Beverage Strategy and Operations at Selina, one of the world’s fastest-growing hospitality brands.

Maharukh holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and French from Rutgers University, where she graduated with Highest Honours. She is also a certified coach through the Co-Active Training Institute, recognized by the International Coaching Federation and endorsed by Harvard Medical School for its rigorous and transformational methodology.

Born and raised in India before moving to the US for her studies, she now calls London home.
